A tent is a portable, temporary shelter made of fabric and supported by poles. The four main types of pole are the tent poles that support the canopy, the center ridge pole that runs along the top of the tent, the spreader bar poles that keep the walls of the tent from collapsing, and the guy lines that provide additional stability.

Simple camping tent

All of our tents are constructed with Class A canvas that is fire, mildew and mildew resistant. It was treated in the US to Cal Fire Marshall specifications. We allow for shrinkage as we build the tent, so when you first set up the tent, soak it in water and let it dry completely. Follow this process 2-3 times to make sure your tent is sealed and ready to go.
